I accept Etsy Payments and gift cards - this gives you a variety of payment methods to choose from, and lets you complete checkout in your own currency.

I don't currently accept money orders, cheques or cash. Sorry!

I send packages by first class post within the UK, and by Royal Mail airmail to the rest of the world. This usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks to most European countries, and around 2 weeks to the US, Canada, Australia and many other destinations worldwide.

Please be aware that packages may occasionally take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond my control. The Post Office will not consider an international package lost until 25 working days have passed, so if your package has not arrived after this time, please let me know!

I ship to the address that shows on your etsy receipt, so please double check and make sure it is correct and complete - send me a message if in doubt!

For those outside the UK, I can offer Royal Mail Airsure - a tracked, priority service which is available to certain destinations only (see below for list). If you would like this service, please contact me for a quote.
Someone will need to sign for the package, so it cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Please check the measurements carefully! Photos are enlarged so you can see the jewellery properly - I always provide the measurements of the item in the description. If in doubt, check a ruler! :)

☆ Necklaces ☆
Most of my necklaces are offered in several lengths which you can choose from a drop down menu within the listing - if you'd like your necklace in a different length than those offered, please ask and I will be happy to adjust the listing for you! Necklaces longer than 20 inches may incur an additional charge to cover my costs.

☆ Sold Out Items ☆
If you see something you like in my sold items list, please feel free to ask as I may be able to repeat it.

☆ Colours ☆
I always try to describe and photograph my items accurately, but please be aware that different monitors do show colours slightly differently.

☆ Gift Box ☆
I package all my orders with love and care - I will send your jewellery in a beautiful hand decorated gift box! All ready for giving as a gift, or for treating yourself. :)
★ Please note - if you have ordered more than one pair of resin stud earrings, I will often send them together in the same box, so if you need them individually boxed (for example if you are buying a pair to give as a gift and one for yourself), please let me know so that I can box your jewellery appropriately.

☆ Receipt ☆
Most of my customers do not want to receive a receipt/packing slip with their order, so by default I do not include one. If you would like to receive a receipt, please let me know and I will be happy to print and send one for you!

My jewellery is created and stored in a smoke free, but cat friendly home! My assistants may be kind enough to deposit a hair or two onto the packaging materials from time to time, so please bear this in mind if you have some form of deadly cat allergy...
